Understanding Replacement Tickets

Modified on Mon, 6 Oct at 10:12 PM

In rare cases, the exact seats you originally ordered may no longer be available. When this happens, we work to ensure you can still attend the event—by securing tickets that match or improve upon your original order.

Why You Might Receive Replacement Tickets

Occasionally, a reseller may need to substitute your tickets due to circumstances beyond their control—such as a listing error, venue seating changes, or unexpected ticket unavailability. Rather than canceling your order, we aim to provide tickets of equal or greater value so your plans stay on track.

What Qualifies as an Acceptable Replacement

Our standard for replacements includes:

  • Seats in the same section or in a row closer to the stage

  • A nearby section offering a similar or better view

  • Tickets that match your original quantity and grouping

Replacement tickets are issued and verified by the provider’s platform and licensed resellers to ensure they meet TicketSafe Protection (identical, comparable, or better).

If a Comparable Replacement Can’t Be Found

When no suitable substitute exists, you’re protected by TicketSafe Protection—which means you’ll receive a full refund, including all service fees.
