1. Open Your Parking Pass Link
For SpotHero deliveries, you won’t receive a separate email from SpotHero.
Your parking pass is accessed using the delivery link sent to you.
Click that link to open the SpotHero parking pass in your mobile browser or the SpotHero app.
If the link loads the parking details, you’re in the right place.
2. Confirm Your Reservation Details
Once your pass is open, take a moment to review:
Parking location and address
Allowed entry and exit times
Any special parking instructions
Do not change the entry or exit times. These are set by the parking facility and changing them could prevent entry.
3. Check Whether a License Plate Is Required
Some SpotHero passes are enforced using license plate verification instead of a barcode.
If prompted, enter the exact license plate number for the vehicle you’ll be driving.
This step is required for access and helps prevent towing or onsite issues.
If no license plate is requested, your pass will use a different validation method.
