Accessing Tickets from ETIX

If your tickets were delivered through ETIX, there are two possible ways you’ll access them. Use the section below that matches what you received.


1. Search for the ETIX Transfer Email

Check your inbox for:

  • An email sent from etix.com, or

  • A subject line beginning with “Event Tickets for…”

Open the email and click the provided link to continue.


2. Log In to the ETIX Account Manager

If prompted to sign in, do so on the page you were directed to or visit here

  • Log in using the same email address used for your order

  • Don’t remember your password?

    • Select Forgot Password

    • Enter your email address in the username field to reset it


3. Find and View Your Tickets

After signing in:

  • Select View Upcoming Events or View Tickets Accepted

  • Choose your event to display your tickets

Mobile Reminder:
Barcodes are only guaranteed to display properly on a mobile device, so be sure to access your tickets from your phone.


Day-of-Event Tips

  • Scan tickets directly from your phone at the gate

  • Avoid screenshots or printed copies when possible

  • If tickets don’t appear right away, refresh or wait a few minutes — this can happen during processing
