Accessing Tickets Transferred Through Ticketera

If your tickets were sent via Ticketera, this guide will help you locate the transfer, accept it, and view your tickets for entry.


1. Check for the Ticket Transfer Email

Once the transfer is initiated, Ticketera will email you directly.

  • The email is sent from no-reply@ticketera.com

  • Subject:
    “Tickets to (Event Name) have been transferred to you”

Open the email and select Complete Transfer to proceed.

Can’t find the email?

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • Search your inbox for “Ticketera” or “transferred”


Step 2: Complete the Transfer on Ticketera’s Website

Clicking the link in the email will take you to Ticketera’s site, where you’ll be asked to finish the transfer.

Depending on the event, you may need to:

  • Sign in or create a Ticketera account

Follow the prompts shown on screen to accept the tickets.


Step 3: Find and View Your Tickets

After the transfer is completed:

  • Your tickets will appear under Upcoming Events

  • Tap the event to view your tickets and scannable barcodes

These barcodes are what will be used for entry at the venue.


Good to Know

  • Tickets can be scanned directly from your mobile device.

  • If available, saving tickets to your mobile wallet can make entry faster.
