Accessing Your Tickets Through Vivenu

Modified on Thu, 8 Jan at 2:29 PM

Tickets delivered through Vivenu must be accepted before they can be used. The process is quick and can be completed directly from your email or mobile device by following the steps below.

1. Locate the Ticket Transfer Email

Vivenu ticket transfers are sent by the venue or performer hosting the event.

  • Look for an email with a subject line similar to:
“Tickets to [Event Name] have been transferred to you”

  • Open the email and select the Accept Transfer or View Tickets link.

If you don’t see the email:

  • Search your inbox using the event name, venue, or artist/performer.

  • Check your spam or junk folders.

  • Confirm you’re checking the same email address used during checkout.

2. Confirm Your Name and Accept the Tickets

After clicking the link in the email:

  • You’ll be directed to a Vivenu ticket page.

  • Enter your first and last name as requested.

  • Select Accept to finalize the transfer.

Once accepted, the tickets are officially assigned to you.

3. Open Your Tickets and View the Barcode

After accepting the transfer:

  • You’ll see your event details and seating information on screen.

  • Tap or select the ticket details to reveal the barcode required for entry.

Important: Tickets and barcodes should be accessed on a mobile device for best visibility at the venue.

4. Add Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet (Optional)

  • If available, choose Add to Apple Wallet or the Android wallet option.

  • Saving your tickets to a wallet allows for faster entry and offline access.

If no wallet option is shown:
You can still present your ticket by opening the Vivenu ticket page on your phone at the gate.
