If your tickets were delivered using Tessitura, you’ll access them through the venue’s online Account Manager. Follow the steps below to locate your transfer and view your tickets.
Step 1: Locate the Ticket Delivery Email
Ticket transfers handled through Tessitura are sent by the venue or performing arts organization.
Look for an email with a subject similar to:
“Your Opera Tickets” or “Your Tickets Are Ready for Access”Open the message and select the link provided to access your tickets.
Don’t see the email?
Search your inbox for the venue name or event title.
Check your spam or junk folders.
If you’re unable to locate the venue email, check for an email from us — this message will include a direct link to the venue’s Account Manager so you can proceed.
Step 2: Sign In or Set Up Your Account
After clicking the Account Manager link:
Log in using the same email address used at checkout.
If this is your first time accessing the venue’s Account Manager, choose Create Account and register using that same email.
Complete any required email verification before continuing.
Step 3: View Your Tickets
Once signed in:
Your upcoming events will be listed in your Account Manager dashboard.
Select the event to open your tickets.
Your ticket barcodes will appear on screen and can be scanned for entry.
Note: For best results at the venue, access your tickets from a mobile device.
