Accessing Tickets Transferred Through Leap

If your tickets were sent via Leap, this guide will help you locate the transfer, accept it, and view your tickets for entry.

1. Check for the Ticket Transfer Email

Once your tickets are sent to you, you'll receive an email from the performer or leapevents.com.

• Look for an email with an invitation to accept your tickets
• Select the button in the email to accept the transfer

2. Sign In to View Your Tickets

Clicking the button in the email will take you to the Leap sign-in page at https://events.leapevents.com/my-tickets/login.

• Sign in using the email address associated with your order
• You may be asked to verify your login with a 6-digit code sent to your email

Check your inbox for the code and enter it to finish signing in.

3. Find and View Your Tickets

Once signed in:

• Navigate to the My Events tab
• Select your event to view and manage your tickets

4. Save or Print Your Tickets

From your ticket screen, you can choose how you'd like to access your tickets at the venue:

• Add your QR code to your mobile wallet
• Select PDF to download a printable version of your ticket
