Accessing Your Tickets from FIFA

If your tickets were delivered through FIFA, you’ll need to accept the transfer and view them in the FIFA mobile app. Here’s how to locate and access your tickets:

1. Check for the Transfer Email

• FIFA will send an email notifying you that tickets were transferred to you.
• Open the email and follow the instructions provided to begin accessing your tickets.

Can’t find the email?

• Search your inbox for:
  • FIFA
  • ticket transfer
  • the event name
• Check your spam or junk folders.
• Still don’t see it? Visit the FIFA ticketing site directly:
  https://fifa-fwc26-us.tickets.fifa.com/

2. Sign In or Create Your FIFA Account

Use the same email address used when placing your order.

Already have a FIFA account?

• Sign in using your existing credentials.
• Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

New to FIFA?

• Select Register to create your account.
• FIFA will send a verification code to your email.
• Enter the verification code to complete setup.

Important: Tickets will only appear in the account connected to the correct email address.

3. Accept Your Ticket Transfer

Some FIFA tickets must be formally accepted before they appear in your account.

• Open the FIFA transfer email.
• Follow the prompts to accept the tickets.
• After acceptance, allow several minutes for the tickets to sync.

If your tickets do not appear immediately:

• Log out and back in
• Refresh the page
• Wait a few minutes for the system to update

4. View Your Tickets

Once signed in and verified:

• Open the My Tickets section
• Your upcoming FIFA World Cup matches will appear there
• Select an event to view your ticket details

Note:
Seat assignments and some ticket information may not appear until closer to the match date.

5. Download the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App (Required)

FIFA World Cup tickets must be displayed through the official FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.

• Search for FWC2026 Mobile Tickets in the App Store or Google Play Store
  OR
• Download it directly on your mobile device using this link:
  https://r.tixngo.io/fifatickets/

Important:

• This app is required for stadium entry.
• Sign in using the same email address you used to accept your tickets.
• Your event details should appear once logged in successfully.

Don’t See Your QR Codes Yet?

Don’t worry — this is normal.

As part of FIFA’s security procedures:

• QR codes will not appear until within 48 hours of the match
• This timing is controlled directly by FIFA
• As long as you can see your event information in the app, your tickets are properly linked to your account

Closer to match day, your QR codes will automatically populate and become ready for entry scanning.

Screenshots, PDFs, and printed tickets will not be accepted for entry.
