Accessing Your Tickets from FIFA

If your tickets were delivered through FIFA, you’ll need to accept the transfer and view them in the FIFA mobile app. Here’s how to locate and access your tickets:

Temporary Access Notice – FIFA Ticketing Portal Closed

At this time, FIFA’s official ticketing website is temporarily unavailable as part of their scheduled sales phase transition.

If you visit the FIFA ticketing site and see a message stating the Web Shop Portal is closed and will reopen on April 2, 2026, this is expected.

There is no issue with your tickets or your account.

During This Period:

• You will not be able to log in to view or manage tickets.

• Ticket transfers cannot be accepted.

• Account access is temporarily paused for all users.

FIFA has announced that the portal will reopen on April 2, 2026, when the next sales phase begins. Once the site is live again, you can follow the steps below in this guide to access your tickets.

If you have already received confirmation that tickets were sent to you, rest assured — they will be accessible once the portal reopens.

1. Check for the Transfer Email

• FIFA will send an email indicating that tickets have been transferred to you.

• Open the email and follow the instructions provided to begin accessing your tickets.

Can’t find the email?

• Search your inbox for FIFA, ticket transfer, or the event name.

• Check your spam or junk folders.

• Still don’t see it? Download the FIFA Official App from the App Store or Google Play and continue with the next steps.

• You can also sign in directly through the FIFA website.

2. Sign In or Create a FIFA Account

Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

• Already have a FIFA/team account?
  Log in with your credentials. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password? to reset it.

• New to FIFA?
  Open the app, tap the profile icon, and select Sign Up.
  FIFA will send a verification code to your email — enter the code to complete setup.

3. Locate Your Tickets

Once signed in:

• Tap More in the bottom-right corner.

• Select the Tickets menu.

• Choose Explore Details, followed by Resell/Exchange Now under the ticket options.

• You may be asked to enter a verification code — follow the prompts.

After completing verification, go to My Tickets to view your upcoming events.

4. Add to Your Digital Wallet

• Select Add to Apple Wallet or the Android equivalent when available.

• Wallet storage helps ensure smooth entry even with limited internet connectivity.

Don’t see an Add to Wallet option?
You can still show your tickets directly from the FIFA app.
