If you see another person’s name on your tickets, don’t worry—this is common with transferred tickets. The name may reflect the original buyer from the primary ticketing source (for example, the season ticket holder who sold their tickets).
Does the Name Affect My Entry?
No. Venues scan the barcode or QR code to grant entry, not the printed name. As long as your ticket scans correctly, you’ll be admitted.
A matching photo ID is not required unless we specifically notify you in advance.
If ID verification is ever necessary (very rare), it will be clearly noted in your order details.
Why Does the Original Name Appear?
Some primary ticketing platforms automatically include the original buyer’s name on tickets. It’s simply part of their system formatting and has no impact on validity.
- Think of gifting tickets—if names mattered, you wouldn’t be able to give tickets to friends or family. What matters is the barcode, not the name.
Your Order Is Still Protected
Every order through Tickets-Center is backed by our TicketSafe Protection, which ensures:
Authentic tickets will be delivered on time.
They’ll be valid for entry regardless of the printed name.
Tickets will be identical, comparable, or better than the tickets you ordered.
Your transaction will be safe and secure.
