Where Do Ticket Notes Come From?

Modified on Mon, 6 Oct at 9:00 PM

When browsing tickets on Tickets-Center, you may see “notes” attached to certain listings. These notes are provided by licensed resellers and are intended to give you important context about the ticket listing before you place an order.

What Kinds of Notes You Might See

Sellers generally use notes in two ways:

Extra Features (perks or benefits):

  • Aisle seating

  • Access to a private club or lounge

  • Seats with additional legroom

  • Parking pass included

Important Disclosures (restrictions or limitations):

  • View may be partially obstructed

  • Alcohol-free or family-designated section

  • Mobile entry only—no paper tickets

  • Event age restrictions

  • Seat Secure Services (except as required to comply with applicable law) Seating may be split

Why They Matter

Notes ensure you understand exactly what’s included (or limited) with your order. They allow you to make a fully informed decision before making your selection.
