Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or modified. This includes adding more tickets to your original order—even if they’re for the same event or section.
Why Orders Can’t Be Modified
Tickets-Center displays a third-party platform that facilitates transactions between ticket buyers and ticket resellers (that is owned and operated by the Provider). Which means:
Your order is processed and confirmed by the Provider on its third-party platform, which also coordinates fulfillment with a trusted network of licensed third-party resellers.
Tickets listings are reserved specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
Because tickets are owned and listed by individual resellers through the Provider's third-party platform, we must ensure that our website’s policies are fair to both parties.
Tickets-Center doesn’t hold or own ticket inventory, so existing orders cannot be changed or modified after confirmation.
We collaborate with a third-party platform provider (the “Provider”) that executes orders and coordinates ticket delivery with its network of licensed third-party resellers.
What You Can Do Instead
If you need additional tickets:
Place a new order for tickets currently displayed on the site.
Be aware that new tickets may come from a different third-party reseller, so they may not be directly next to your original selection.
The exception is General Admission areas (like GA, PIT, or Standing Room Only), where seating is not assigned and all tickets grant the same access.
Want to Sell or Replace Your Original Tickets?
If your plans change, some fans choose to resell their tickets through trusted resale platforms such as Lysted.
