Can I Change or Upgrade My Tickets After Placing an Order?

Once an order is placed on Tickets-Center, it’s considered final. That means the tickets you selected at checkout can’t be swapped, upgraded, or modified.


Why Changes Aren’t Possible

  • Third-party fulfillment – Listings are provided by licensed resellers on the Provider’s platform (Tickets-Center.com does not own any ticket inventory).

  • Immediate reseller commitment – Once your order is confirmed, the reseller is obligated to fulfill the exact listing.

  • Real-time fulfillment – The process begins immediately, leaving no window for edits or cancellations.


The Provider: We collaborate with a third-party platform provider (the “Provider”) that executes orders and coordinates ticket delivery with its network of licensed third-party resellers.


What You Can’t Do After Ordering

  • Switch to a different date or event

  • Add or remove seats from your existing order

  • Request an upgrade or downgrade in seat location


The Rare Exception

If your tickets become unavailable, a reseller may substitute equivalent or better tickets to keep your order on track.


Don’t Need Your Tickets Anymore?

While you can’t resell through Tickets-Center directly, you can list them on a trusted resale platform like Lysted or transfer them to a friend or family member.
