We collaborate with a third-party platform provider (the “Provider”) that handles orders and coordinates ticket delivery with its network of licensed third-party resellers. They also work to confirm the legitimacy of your order.


Why We Require Verification

The Provider works with trusted identity verification providers, such as Persona, to:

  • Confirm you’re the authorized user placing the order.

  • Prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

  • Ensure tickets are delivered to the correct person.

This process safeguards both your payment information and your access to the event. The checkout process is powered by the Provider. Tickets-Center.com does not process order payment information.


How It Works

  • Verification usually takes just a few minutes.

  • Once you’ve completed the process, your order will move forward for delivery.

  • If verification isn’t completed, your order may be delayed or canceled for security reasons.
