What If the Ticket Quantity I Need Isn’t Available?

Modified on Mon, 6 Oct at 11:32 PM

Ticket availability reflects what licensed resellers have listed on the third-party platform at that moment. The quantity shown on an event page is the maximum available together for that specific listing.

Why You May Not See the Quantity You Want

  • Listings are shown in seat groups exactly as provided by resellers through the third-party platform

  • Larger groups often become harder to find as the event date approaches

Can I Order Tickets in Multiple Orders?

  • Assigned Seating: If you place more than one order, seats are not guaranteed to be together—even if they’re in the same section.

  • General Admission (GA, PIT, SRO): Since these areas are unassigned, you’re welcome to order in multiple orders. Your group can still enter and stand together.

Tips for Larger Groups

  • Order early for the best chance at finding bigger blocks of tickets

  • Consider flexible seating—sometimes groups are available in consecutive rows (e.g., 3 seats in one row, 2 directly behind)
