If your tickets were delivered through TicketReturn, you’ll receive them directly by email as an attachment. Below is how to locate and use them.
1. Check for the Ticket Transfer Email
Once the transfer is complete, TicketReturn will notify you by email.
The email is sent from NoReply@ticketreturn.com
The subject line typically reads something like:
“You received tickets for…”
Open this email to access your tickets.
Can’t find the email?
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
Search your inbox for “TicketReturn” or “received tickets”
2. Open Your Tickets
Your tickets are included as an attachment in the email.
Click or tap the attached file to open it
The ticket will display a barcode that will be scanned at the venue for entry
No account setup or password is required — the attachment contains everything you need.
3. Use Your Tickets at the Event
TicketReturn tickets can be used in either format:
Printed tickets — recommended whenever possible
Mobile tickets — you can scan the barcode directly from your phone
Helpful tip: Printing your tickets in advance is encouraged, especially for venues with limited cellular service or strict entry procedures.
