You're in the right place if you're wondering whether your order can be canceled or refunded. Here's what you need to know:


Why All Sales Are Final

  • Tickets-Center.com is not a marketplace. We display ticket listings from a third-party platform operated by the Provider, which works with licensed, independent third-party resellers. Tickets-Center does not own or control the platform or inventory.
  • After your order is confirmed by the Provider, the reseller is committed to fulfill the order.
  • Because fulfillment processes begin promptly on the Provider’s platform, orders can’t be changed or canceled after confirmation (except as required to comply with applicable law).
  • Tickets-Center does not offer resale services. If you can’t attend, you may choose to resell through an independent third-party resale platform of your choice.

The Provider: We collaborate with a third-party platform provider (the “Provider”) that executes orders and coordinates ticket delivery with its network of licensed third-party resellers.


When Refunds Are Issued

Your order is protected by TicketSafe Protection. A full refund will be provided if:

  • The event is canceled and not rescheduled or postponed (except as required to comply with applicable law).

  • We must cancel your order for any reason.

  • Tickets you receive do not match your order and appropriate replacement tickets can not be offered.

If one of these situations applies, contact us directly. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.


Can’t Attend? Here’s What You Can Do

Even if refunds aren’t available for changed plans, you still have options:

  • Resell your tickets on a trusted resale platform such as Lysted.

  • Transfer them to someone you trust—most digital tickets can be forwarded quickly and securely.

  • Check your ticket insurance—if you purchased coverage through Allianz, review your policy to see if your situation qualifies for reimbursement.
