Modified on Fri, 18 Sep at 3:02 PM

If your tickets were sent via Sports Illustrated Tickets, this guide will help you locate the transfer, access it, and view your tickets for entry.

1. Check for the Ticket Transfer Message

Once your tickets are sent to you, you may receive a message from Sports Illustrated or sitickets.com.

  • Look for a message with a button to Accept Tickets
  • The message will reference the event you've been sent tickets for

Open the message and select Accept Tickets to proceed.

Can't find the message?

  • Visit www.sitickets.com directly
  • Click the user icon in the top right corner of the screen
  • Select Sign Up / Log In

2. Sign In to View Your Tickets

Clicking the button in your message, or navigating to sitickets.com directly, will take you to the sign-in page. Depending on your account status, you may need to:

  • Sign in using the email address associated with your order
  • Create an account if you don't already have one

Follow the prompts shown on screen to view your tickets.

3. Find and View Your Tickets

Once signed in:

  • Navigate to My Tickets
  • Select the event to view your mobile tickets

These mobile tickets are what will be used for entry at the venue.

Helpful Reminders

  • Always sign in or sign up using the email tied to your order
  • Tickets can be accessed directly from your mobile device
  • Access your tickets before heading to the venue to confirm they load correctly
