Why Refunds Aren’t Available

When you selected tickets from the Provider’s resale marketplace, the Provider then confirmed your order and the tickets were removed from a third-party reseller’s inventory (which Tickets‑Center does not own or control). For this reason, all sales are final and orders can’t be changed or canceled (except as required to comply with applicable law).


The Provider: We collaborate with a third-party platform provider (the “Provider”) that executes orders and coordinates ticket delivery with its network of licensed third-party resellers.


What You Can Do Instead

If you can’t attend, here are your options:

  • Resell Your Tickets (If Eligible) – If transferable, you may be able to list them on trusted resale services like Lysted.

  • Transfer to Someone You Trust – Most mobile tickets can be securely forwarded to a friend or family member.

  • Use Your Third-Party Protection Plan (If Purchased) – If you added Allianz ticket protection during checkout, you may be able to file a claim depending on your coverage.
